Dr. Joel Monmolin
Dr. Joel Monmolin graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from St George’s, University of London, and has since gained extensive clinical experience across both the UK and Australia. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and currently practises as a General Practitioner and Medical Director in Victoria.
Dr. Joel Monmolin’s clinical focus is centred on preventative and longevity-based medicine, with a strong emphasis on the early identification and management of health risks to optimise long-term outcomes. He has a particular interest in sleep health, recognising its fundamental role in overall wellbeing, cardiometabolic health, and cognitive performance. He/She is committed to improving access to high-quality, evidence-based sleep care, particularly for time-poor individuals and those in regional or underserved communities.
In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Joel Monmolin is actively involved in developing innovative healthcare models that integrate technology, personalised medicine, and telehealth, with the aim of delivering more efficient, accessible, and patient-centred care.

Dr. Marcus McMahon
Dr. Marcus McMahon graduated with a medical degree from Melbourne University in 1995 and subsequently chose Sleep and Respiratory Medicine as his specialty. After obtaining his Fellowship in 2003, he began practicing at the Epworth Hospital in Richmond. With extensive expertise in managing a wide range of sleep disorders, including sleep apnoea and respiratory failure, Dr. McMahon has a particular focus on the diagnosis and treatment of excessive daytime sleepiness disorders, such as narcolepsy and idiopathic hypersomnia. His interests also extend to parasomnias and sleep-related movement disorders.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. McMahon works with the Victorian Respiratory Support Service at the Austin Hospital in Melbourne and is deeply passionate about advancing medical education. He holds a Master's degree in Medical Education and has contributed to several committees within the Australasian Sleep Association and the Royal Australasian College of Physicians, where he has been a Fellow since 2003. In recognition of his significant contributions to the field of Sleep Medicine, Dr. McMahon was awarded Fellowship of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine in 2022.

Dr. Callum North
Dr. Callum North is a Melbourne-trained dentist with a special interest in sleep-related dental care. A graduate of the University of Melbourne, he holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) and has completed further training internationally, including at the University of Miami. His clinical focus has evolved toward helping patients achieve better quality sleep.
Callum has a strong interest in the role dentistry plays in sleep health. He provides custom oral appliance therapy designed to assist patients experiencing snoring Obstructive Sleep Apnea. These devices are tailored to gently reposition the jaw during sleep, helping to maintain an open airway and improve breathing quality overnight.
Callum works closely with patients and medical practitioners to ensure a comprehensive and safe approach to managing sleep-disordered breathing. His goal is not just symptom relief, but meaningful improvements in overall health, energy levels, and quality of life.
Currently, Callum consults out of three clinics located around Melbourne CBD.
